There are two entrances to the plaza: off of route 35 north (right after the construction site for Brightview Living or Union Ave where there is a sign for Seaview Orthopedics)
Golden Pelvic Physical Therapy is located in the tall pink office building. Parking available in the back and side of the building. There are stairs in the back of the building that lead to the lobby, or a handicap accessible entrance in the front of the building.
Once inside the building, take the elevators to the third floor. Make a left and we are the second door on the left.
